1. Overview

DeepFinder allows you to perform a deep content search across all your local files by entering natural language instructions or keywords. This feature searches not just filenames but analyzes the actual content of video and audio files (such as dialogue, visuals, and people) to help you quickly locate relevant clips.

2. Supported Content Types for Search

  • Dialogue: Search for specific lines or keywords spoken in videos.
  • People: Search by a person's name or description (e.g., "man in a suit", "person speaking on stage").
  • Scenes & Objects: Search based on visual content (e.g., "close-up of hands", "red curtain", "podium").
  • Topics& Concepts: Search for clips related to specific themes (e.g., "inspirational speech", "success principles", "perseverance").
  • File Attributes: Filter using conditions like date, size, duration.

3. How to use it?

  • Enter your query/instructions in the search box on the Home or Library page.
  • The system will show a "Deep search in progress" status.
  • Search results are displayed in a list. Each result includes:
    • The matching filename
    • Start and end timesstamp of the matching clip
    • File information (date, size, total duration)
    • Relevant visual description (e.g., "Man in a suit speaking at a podium")
  • Clicking any result will directly jump to and play that specific timestamp in the video.
