Solution 1: Manual Editing and Correction

• Action: On the transcription results page, double-click on the text segments that need modification for manual editing.
• Advantage: This is the fastest way to fix individual errors.

Solution 2: Readjust Language Settings and Retry Transcription

• Applicable Scenario: When numerous errors occur due to incorrect language recognition

• Steps:

  1. Return to the file upload page and resubmit the original file

  2. In the transcription settings:

     • Select the correct language of your input file
     • Select language to translate the output into

  3. Attempt transcription again

Solution 3: Enable Speaker Separation and Retry Transcription

• Applicable Scenario: In multi-speaker conversations, where unseparated speakers cause chaotic text and high error rates

• Steps:

  1. Return to the file upload page and resubmit the original file
  2. In the transcription settings, check the "Speaker Identification" option
  3. Attempt transcription again
